Report an incorrect result or broken tool

Use the subject Tool issue — [tool name] and include:

  1. The tool’s full page URL.
  2. Your browser and device, such as Safari on iPhone.
  3. A small, non-sensitive sample of the inputs or the file type and size.
  4. What you expected and what actually happened.
  5. The error message, if one appeared.
Keep your information private.

Do not email passwords, access tokens, medical records, identity documents or confidential files. A description or a redacted example is usually a better starting point.

Suggest a tool or improvement

Tell us the job you want to complete, the input you would start with and the output you need. For an existing tool, include its URL and explain what would make it easier to use.

Privacy questions and link reports

Use Privacy question in the subject for data-handling questions or requests. See our privacy policy for the current processing details. To report an abusive short link, include the ClarityKit short URL and a brief explanation; do not open a destination you do not trust.

Business inquiries

Use Business inquiry in the subject and explain your proposal and how it would benefit people using ClarityKit. Sending an inquiry does not create a partnership or endorsement.
