ClarityUse and responsibility
You may use the tools for ordinary personal, educational and business tasks. Check your inputs, understand the stated assumptions and verify important outputs before acting on them. Do not use the service to interfere with availability, bypass usage limits, gain unauthorized access or harm others.
Files and content you provide
Only upload or process content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the necessary rights and permissions. Do not submit unlawful content, malware or confidential material to external conversion services.
For external tools, confirming processing authorizes the selected file to be sent to the named processing service to carry out your request. Our privacy policy describes the information involved. Analytics consent is not required to run a conversion.
Conversions may change formatting, fonts, metadata, quality or interactive features. Supported formats and size limits appear on the tool page. Keep the original, inspect the result and download it before any temporary link expires.
Responsible short links
Do not create links for phishing, scams, malware, spam, harassment or other abusive or unlawful activity. Do not submit private URLs or access credentials. Short links expire after 30 days and show a destination preview; they are not a permanent archive or a verification of the destination.
Report suspected abuse through Contact & Feedback. Abusive links may be disabled.
Limits and availability
File processing and rate services depend on external providers, network access and available capacity. Requests can fail, be limited or become temporarily unavailable. Local tools may still work when an external service is unavailable. Tools, supported formats and limits may change as the site is maintained.
ClarityKit does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent download storage or an exact match to every third-party application’s output.
Important decisions
Tools provide general information and automated processing, not an individual professional service. Financial, health, legal, tax and safety-critical decisions need appropriate independent checks. Read the disclaimer for examples of these limits.
