The method, explained

With your permission, ApyHub separates the foreground subject from its background. The returned PNG is checked for transparency and decoded before download.

This tool returns a transparent PNG. You can place it on a new background in an image editor.

Does every photo work equally well?

No. A clear foreground subject and a distinct background tend to make the result easier to inspect. Complex edges may not be preserved accurately.
