The method, explained

Each character is independently and uniformly selected from an alphabet of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits and symbols using the browser cryptographic random source.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

Choose 20 characters, generate a password, then copy it to a password manager. Generate a different password for every account.

What to keep in mind

No generated password is stored or transmitted by this tool. Any single character type is not guaranteed to appear. Other software on your device or clipboard may access copied content.
